Warranty Policy 

 At Monika, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item purchased from us comes with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. To add an extra layer of assurance, you can extend this warranty by an additional year simply by registration with us.

Our warranty safeguards against all quality or manufacturing-related issues, ensuring peace of mind when you shop with Monika. Should any problem arise, it may be necessary for the product to be returned for testing.

 

Consumer Rights 

 Our goods come with guarantees that are applicable under Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to: 
- A replacement or refund for major failures, with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 
- Repair or replacement of goods that fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

 

Exclusions 

 Please note that our warranty does not cover: 
 - Damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance. 
- External factors such as natural disasters, or any form of mishandling. 
- Damage resulting from operating the equipment contrary to the instructions. 
- Items altered or tampered with by unauthorized personnel. 
- Items resold or rented for profit purposes.

 

Warranty Claims Process 

  Before a warranty claim can be resolved, it may be necessary to return the item for inspection. If a returned product is found to be non-defective, we reserve the right to: 
- Reimburse ourselves for postage costs and apply a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. 
- Hold your goods until these costs are covered.
